Digital Products (eBook)

The guide «Blood Pressure & Nutrition: A Practical Guide to Heart-Healthy Eating» is delivered as a digital PDF via email within 24 hours of order confirmation. No physical product is shipped. This is an educational product — it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Refund Eligibility

Because this is a digital product, refunds are handled as follows:

Within 7 days of purchase: If you have not downloaded or accessed the guide, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] with your order details.
Technical issues: If you did not receive your guide within 24 hours, contact us and we will resend it or issue a refund.
After download: Once the digital guide has been delivered and accessed, refunds are generally not available, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) provisions for digital content.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] including your full name, email address used for the order, and date of purchase. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.

Consumer Rights (South Africa)

Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have rights regarding defective or misdescribed goods. If the digital guide you receive is materially different from what was described on this site, contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
